Universal Spin

Universal spin is a kinetic installation that self regulates with the wind and generates a three dimensional structure of light that spins on itself.
 The sculpture was projected from studies based on the geometry in nature and the symbology of the infinite. The project is powered with Fablab Genova.

Born in Genoa, Italy in 1975, he lives and works in Berlin, Germany.
He studied at the Accademia Ligustica di Belle Arti in Genoa, Italy.
His works were exhibited among others at the Venice Architecture Biennale, the Uffizi Museum in Florence, the Avesta Museum in Sweden or the Kunsthaus Tacheles in Berlin.
In 2008 he realized an installation for the International Biennial of Havana which is permanently exhibited in the Escuela Nacional de Bellas Artes de San Alejandro. In 2010 the City of Ljubljana commissioned a sculpture to celebrate the World Book Capital Ljubljana by the UNESCO.
